This looks nice and goes up easily. It just doesn't do the job it was designed for very well. The 'super-bright' LED's are not bright enough to illuminate a small, perhaps 14" by 24" woodblock print. It would likely do an 8x10 photo OK, but it's 14 inches wide itself. Overall quite disappointing.rite lite

I bought 3 of these and everyone who saw them wanted one. The 3 LED's put out more light than a standard penlight flashlight and will last longer. Easy to carry in your pocket and you can use those old 9 volt batteries that seem to hang around the house. Only bad thing is that is the switch, it might take you once or twice to get to the middle to turn off the light. One way puts the light on, the middle turns it off and the third puts it in strobe mode. Overall, worth the price. Light for free

Dont throw away those so called used smoke detector 9v batteries, they are still good with lots of power left. Use this product . Also great for walking at night for added safety to be seen.Also hook up to a bicycle for night time visibility.

I agree with the person who mentioned about its design. The fact is, the bulb points in the left direction, so the light it drops on the frame is also not 'centered'. This would give an odd look to the frame- the left portion being lit brighter than right side (assuming the light is installed at the center of the frame). For the same reason I logged on to reviews BEFORE I drill the screws. Man, I saved myself. I had no idea about its bulb being a problem too. Now I am going to return it to Home Depot and buy an LED light instead.DON'T BUY IT!

I wish I only knew what garbage this is before wasting my money. BTW the bulb is 2.5 watts not 25 watts. Even when it worked it gave no light.

While this might be a worthwhile product it is impossible to repalce the two small 15 watt light bulbs. One must be on hold with 1-800-GE-LIGHT for an inordinate (30+ minutes) amount of time. When one finally gets to speak to a human being they hang up! Not worth the hassle.

I bought this for a painting that's about 2 feet wide and one foot tall. The picture light only lit the top 4 inches of the painting. I'm sorry this wasn't included in the description. I won't use it.
